Our Boho Handmade Kantha Quilt is a Rare Find. Soft, large and beautiful and 100% cotton.

One side is purple and embroidered, and the other features beautiful little flowers on a red background.

Imagine snuggling around an open fire under this beauty, or that bohemian beach party, not to mention using it for a romantic picnic rug.

Utilizing around five layers of cotton sari cloth, this Kantha was hand-stitched over many days to create a blanket.

As time went on, talented female artisans chose to hand embroider.

This vintage Kantha quilt is a heavy grade, perfect for the cooler months or as a throw for the couch. 

It is Grade A1, making it a rare and treasured vintage textile.

This quilt is heavier than most, featuring hand embroidery, hand-stamped block printing, and many layers.

The large size is 215 x 150 cm - photographed on a queen-size bed.
