With a faded, neutral overall coffee-coloured base and a simple indigo blue leaf design, this quilt has a gentle appearance.

 Authentic, this is a hand-stamped quilt.

The design is made traditionally with hand stamping or block printing.  

Stamping is a long, precise process, and each stamp has its unique characteristics.

Our female artisans complete the hand-stitching after the dying process is finished, known as Kantha.

It is a centuries-old style of a simple straight stitch that holds multiple layers of fabric together.

Stitching three layers of cotton cloth can take up to three days, and there are often loose ends because the ends are not tied off.

Each artisan has a unique way of stitching, and this beauty features two beautifully detailed sides.
